If you're unable to draw from your Era pod, even when removed from the device, it may be clogged.

Try the following steps to clear the clog:

*   Warm the pod in your hands or pockets for a few minutes first
*   Try drawing hard on the pod by itself a few times

If that doesn't work, try the following:

*   Insert the pod into the device
*   Use your fingers to block the air holes on each side of the device
*   Try drawing hard a couple of times to clear the clog
